Frequently Asked Questions

1.)How long do you retain client portfolios for?

-Client photo albums will remain on our website for life. However, we only contain original size formats for 1 year. We clear our hard drives at the beginning of every year to create space for new content. If you've misplaced your gallery, and it's been within the year please be sure to contact us right away!

2.) I received my gallery, and LOVED my images. Can I request additional photos?

- Of course! You can do this in one of two ways. You can upgrade your package, or you can purchase additional photographs for an additional $2 per photos. These photos can be sent by email, or placed onto your USB drive. We do ask that you please refrain from asking us to send you additional photos by text, email, or any other means free of charge.

3.) I am not in love with the wedding, portrait, or new born packages, what can we do.

- Our packages are tailored around common requests from clients. However, if they do not suit what you're looking for, please let us know. We'd love to collaborate with you and design a package especially for you!

4.) Do you travel? 

- Do we travel?! YES! We love to travel and capture your moments in your favorite places. However, we do charge a courtesy fee of $10 per hour for every hour after the first hour. If you're considering a destination wedding please let us know. We have a different category for you!

5.) I am (sick, lost a family member, got called into work) and unable to stick to our scheduled shoot. What do I do now?

- Life happens, we understand that! We'd be delighted to reschedule with no problem. However, if a photoshoot has been cancelled and rescheduled more than 2 times, we will not reschedule without a $15 rescheduling fee. Please understand that our time is limited, and while we know things in life happen we cannot keep blocking slots that we use for others just to have cancellations.

6.) Why are some of your client albums locked, and others aren't?

- A password is required to view any session that primarily features a client that is between the age of 0-18 years old for their protection. That family will be given a password that they can choose to keep, or share with their friends and family to view the session. Our goal is privacy and safety for these individuals.

- Other reasons locks may be placed is by request of family, or when hired by business to keep their content for them.
